About the program

Hatha Reboot/ Restart This Session is for people who have not kept up with practices for 6 or more months and/or have forgotten some of the steps and postures. This is a great way and opportunity to get back on track to “Reboot” and restart a practice. Once you restart the practice, Hatha Yoga can again be a part of your every day life. It is important that you get support and guidance to make sure the practices are done properly and evolving. Practice corrections are vital and encouraged to help you grow. To get the maximum benefit of Hatha and what it can offer, it is suggested you get a practice correction 1-2 times per year. ​Benefits: -Adjust minor/major mistakes -Answer any questions or doubts -Discuss future programs and aspects of Hatha Yoga Empty Stomach Requirement: -Meals should be consumed 4 hours before class -Snacks can be consumed 2.5 hours before class -Beverages can be consumed at least 1.5 hours before class Precautions Pregnant women or individuals with hernia should not practice Yogasanas. Consult a physician before practicing if you have the following conditions: -Back, neck, hip, or leg disease -Injury -Artificial joint replacement -Heart disorder
