01Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration for all classes, workshops, and private sessions. All registrations are subject to space availability and we recommend registering as early as possible to secure your spot.

Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Ontario reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop if minimum enrollment is not met. Registered participants will be notified in advance and offered a full credit or the option to transfer to an alternative booking.

02Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To cancel your registration without penalty, please notify us within the following timeframes:

• Classes: at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Workshops, specialty classes & private sessions: at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

Cancellations made within these timeframes will receive a full credit toward a future booking. To cancel, please contact us by email or phone as early as possible.

03Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made after the deadlines stated above will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Missed appointments and no-shows will be charged the full session or class fee.

This policy exists to respect the time of our instructor and fellow students, and to give waitlisted participants a fair opportunity to attend.

04Late Arrival Policy

All classes and workshops begin on time. For the safety and comfort of all students, late entry will not be permitted once a class has started, unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the instructor.

If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving late without notice may result in forfeiture of your spot with no refund or credit issued.

No refunds or credits are issued for classes missed due to late arrival.

05Group Bookings

Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Ontario is pleased to accommodate private group sessions for groups of four or more participants. Group sessions can be arranged for any class, workshop, or program currently on offer.

Please contact us directly to discuss availability, pricing, scheduling, and cancellation terms for group bookings, as these may differ from our standard policy.

06Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

• Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Ontario is unable to deliver a registered class, workshop, or session.
• A purchased product is defective, in which case it may be exchanged for a credit or replacement of equal value.

Credits

Credits are non-transferable and are valid only toward the same class type or program for which they were originally issued. Credits may not be applied toward other workshops, programs, or products unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Refunds or Credits For

• Classes or sessions missed by the participant.
• Late cancellations outside the stated deadlines.
• Failure to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts.
• Change of mind after registration.

07Force Majeure

In the event that a class or workshop must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including severe weather, facility closures, utility disruptions, or government-mandated public health directives — Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Ontario will make every reasonable effort to provide affected participants with a credit voucher or a rescheduled booking at no additional cost.

Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Ontario. We are committed to being as fair and accommodating as possible under any extraordinary circumstances.
