Yogasanas are not stretches you rush through. They are precise classical postures that align the body, build steady strength and bring flexibility and balance to the whole system. Held and practised correctly, they bring the body into a state of ease and stability that carries into the rest of your day. Learned properly once, they become a complete practice you can return to for life. Taught in person, step by step, in Mississauga and the GTA.

I’m Dan Matejic. I trained more than 1,750 hours to carry these practices in their original form, and I teach them the way they were given, in person, one step at a time. This is not fitness or a studio trend. It is a classical practice, and the details are what make it work.
I stepped away from teaching for a while to care for my mother. That time mattered, and now I am back on the mat. I keep my groups small here in Mississauga, so every person gets real attention and leaves able to practise on their own.

Do I need any experience?
No. Yogasanas are taught step by step and are suitable for complete beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
What do I bring?
Loose, natural cotton clothing and an empty stomach (at least 4 hours since eating). Arrive 15 minutes early. Everything else is provided.
How long until I can practice on my own?
You learn the full set over the weekend and leave able to practise it at home.
Where is it held?
In person at 3085 Hurontario St, Suite 216, Mississauga, serving Mississauga and the GTA.
How do I reserve a seat?
