This program introduces Classical Hatha Yoga to children through structured practice, movement, and guided exploration. Each session is carefully sequenced to allow children to naturally absorb powerful yogic practices — building physical health, mental clarity, and a deep sense of inner wellbeing. Sessions conclude with fun games. Children leave not just with techniques, but with a genuine experience of ease, joy, and belonging.
